Senior Exhibit Designer

The Senior Exhibit Designer will be responsible for developing strategic, visually compelling design solutions for branded exhibit environments. This individual will work closely with the VP of Creative, other designers, and the client services team to deliver innovative experiences that meet budget requirements and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies and exhibit concepts that align with client goals and budgets
• Collaborate with the VP of Creative, Senior Designers, and Account Executives to create winning proposals for RFPs and existing accounts
• Partner with Account Managers and Estimators to communicate design intent and assist in the estimating process
• Produce detailed creative materials, including inspiration pages, control drawings, renderings, and graphic placements
• Research new materials, lighting, technology, and multimedia interactives to enhance design outcomes
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max and Arnold Render Engine is required
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the exhibit or experiential marketing industry
• Portfolio or project samples required

Location:

• Candidates based in Las Vegas, NV are preferred
• Remote candidates will be considered if they have strong experience and communication skills
