In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise in graphic design, video creation, and photography to support and enhance AI-driven visual content creation, shaping the next generation of digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and edit visual content utilizing leading picture editing software to train and refine AI models.
• Produce compelling videos for the web, demonstrating advanced storytelling and technical abilities.
• Share your photography skills by creating and analyzing images used for AI-based projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide creative guidance and feedback on digital assets.
• Document your creative process and insights to mentor AI systems and inform the team.
• Participate in regular discussions, offering written and verbal insights into visual design standards and trends.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital creation tools and evolving best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• Extensive experience with picture editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and related tools.
• Demonstrated experience creating videos specifically for internet audiences.
• Strong passion for photography with a creative, detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts.
• Deep interest in working with images and developing new ways of visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university in the US or Europe.
• Exposure to AI tools or platforms used in digital creation.
• Experience mentoring or tutoring in a creative or technical discipline.
