Miimi & Jiinda is an Indigenous-owned Australian fashion and lifestyle brand grounded in storytelling, art, culture, and elevated design.

As the business continues to grow and scale, we are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Business Operations & Projects Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of the business across launches, operations, campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional priorities.

This is a highly hands-on role working closely with both the Founder and COO to help ensure priorities move forward efficiently, communication stays aligned, and operational momentum is maintained across the business.

The ideal person thrives in fast-moving founder-led environments, enjoys creating clarity amongst complexity, and is naturally strong at coordination, accountability, and follow-through.

About the Role

This role is focused on operational coordination and project execution across multiple areas of the business.

You will help keep moving parts aligned across product launches, photoshoots, campaigns, timelines, logistics, external partners, customer experience, and day-to-day operational priorities.

You will act as a central coordination point across the business, helping ensure tasks, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables continue progressing smoothly without things slipping through the cracks.

Core Responsibilities

Business Operations & Workflow Coordination

• Support day-to-day operational flow across the business

• Maintain trackers, workflows, calendars, and operational systems

• Ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain visible and on track

• Help coordinate priorities across product, marketing, logistics, customer experience, and launches

• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability

Launch & Campaign Coordination

• Support coordination across launches, campaigns, photoshoots, activations, and retail initiatives

• Help manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and communication across moving parts

• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, contractors, and external partners where required

• Ensure campaign and operational workstreams continue progressing smoothly

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain strong communication flow across internal team members and external partners

• Reduce founder dependency on day-to-day follow-up and coordination

• Help keep projects organised, prioritised, and moving forward

• Support implementation of clearer operational structure and accountability across the business

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Assist with operational reporting, KPI tracking, and workflow visibility

• Help maintain organised documentation, calendars, and project management systems

• Support operational administration across launches and business priorities

You likely have experience in:

• Operations coordination

• Project coordination

• eCommerce / retail / fashion / lifestyle businesses

• Launch and campaign support

• Working closely with founders or lean teams
