We’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. This fully remote role is open to candidates across Australia, with flexible part-time or full-time options to suit your lifestyle and availability.

🎨 About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the full design process — from discovery and ideation to prototyping and handoff — helping to craft seamless, user-centred digital experiences across our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers to bring intuitive and impactful solutions to life.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from concept to delivery
• Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, elegant interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct and incorporate user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, and brand consistency
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with design systems, motion design, or front-end basics
