Job Description

Posted on: August 6, 2025

We’re looking for a Senior-level UI/UX Product Designer to jump into a high-velocity project where speed, clarity, and vision are essential. You will be embedded in a collaborative, cross-functional team where product strategy, system design, and user experience come together. We are seeking a systems mindset, advanced Figma skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment where precision meets creativity.

We have multiple projects coming up that would be short term. 3-6 weeks+

What You’ll Do

  • Lead UI/UX efforts for a feature-rich, multifaceted digital product.
  • Translate evolving requirements into scalable, user-friendly interfaces at lightning speed.
  • Use Figma like a pro -components, variables, auto-layout, prototypes, libraries
  • Bridge design with data -working across Figma, spreadsheets, and databases to make logic-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate daily with developers, strategists, and researchers to align on quality, speed, and feasibility.
  • Think big and build smart -creating modular systems that scale with product growth.
  • Rapidly iterate and prototype high-fidelity concepts, solo or with a team, under tight timelines.
  • Push creative boundaries while staying grounded in real-world constraints and user needs.
  • Own your work from start to finish- and go beyond expectations when you see opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years designing digital products
  • A portfolio that blends visual polish with strategic, system-level thinking.
  • Advanced Figma capabilities — especially in collaborative and technical features.
  • Comfortable moving between UI, Airtable, Notion, Sheets, and data logic.
  • Clear communicator who stays cool in ambiguity and works well with all kinds of thinkers.
  • Track record of shipping polished, complex products fast.
  • Self-motivated, high standards, and hungry to deliver exceptional work.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with design ops, UX research, or working in tightly integrated product teams.

This is a high-intensity project with real impact. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and wants to shape something meaningful.
