📌 We’re Hiring: Content Outreach & Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We're a fast-growing DTC brand, and we're looking for a passionate team member to manage influencer collaborations, grow our affiliate network, and run TikTok/Instagram with creativity and impact.

If you’ve done this before, love finding & activating creators, and enjoy being at the center of content and community—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Find and manage content creators for UGC-style collaborations

• Build strong affiliate partnerships with influencers

• Lead influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish

• Use platforms like Insense.pro to manage and scale outreach

• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns

• Run our TikTok and Instagram accounts with creative, on-brand content

• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and digital campaigns

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience managing TikTok & Instagram content

• Proven track record of scaling accounts organically

• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

• Familiarity with outreach/affiliate platforms like Insense.pro (or fast learner)

• A self-starter who’s proactive, organized, and results-driven
