About The Role

As a remote UI/UX Designer, you will shape visually compelling, intuitive experiences for marketing websites and digital products. You will contribute throughout the design process, from early concepts and visual exploration to detailed interface specifications and polished final designs. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will translate project goals into cohesive experiences that are easy to understand, visually distinctive, and aligned with the needs of their audiences. This role is suited to a designer who brings a strong point of view, takes pride in the details, and can respond constructively to feedback while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Qualifications

Applicants should have an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates standout visual design and UI/UX capabilities. At least three years of experience using Figma for interface design and prototyping is required. You should be able to show how you create meaningful graphics and visuals for digital experiences, as well as explain the decisions behind your work. A strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and modern web design principles is essential. The ideal candidate brings creativity, originality, and a genuine passion for great design, together with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to discuss ideas, document design decisions, and collaborate effectively with teammates. Experience with visual storytelling and marketing-focused design is important. Skills in 3D, illustration, or motion design are preferred, as is experience creating interactive animations or dynamic visuals. Familiarity with branding and marketing for digital products is also an advantage.

Responsibilities

Design visually engaging, intuitive user interfaces from initial concepts through polished execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences and ensure that design work supports project goals. Develop compelling graphics, illustrations, and high-quality visual assets for marketing, branding, websites, and digital products. Use Figma to create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and clear design specifications that communicate intended behavior and appearance. Apply sound design judgment across typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and responsive web experiences. Present and explain concepts clearly, incorporate relevant feedback, and iterate efficiently as requirements evolve. Maintain consistency across the experience while bringing originality and strong visual storytelling to each project. Review your work carefully, identify opportunities to improve usability and visual quality, and help uphold a high standard of detail throughout delivery.
