No Boring Content is the fast-growing creative partner behind some of Australia’s and the US’s most exciting DTC brands. We’re chasing a Graphic Designer who can turn scrolls into sales and loves using AI to super-charge static ads and social assets.

What you’ll tackle

• Design high-impact static ad-creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Generate, remix and refine visuals with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, etc., to speed ideation and scale variants.
• Pair up with media buyers to read the numbers (CTR, CPA, thumb-stop rates) and iterate quickly.
• Own the end-to-end creative workflow: mood-boards → layered files → export-ready assets.
• Keep a finger on trends, meme culture and platform best practice so our ads never look dated.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years designing ad-creatives for e-commerce/DTC brands (folio required).
• Fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) plus Figma, After Effects or 3D is a bonus.
• Proven experience prompting and post-processing AI imagery.
• Data-curious mindset and comfort working to performance KPIs.
• Clear written and spoken English
