Learning and Development Consultant

Training Content Creator | Remote | Inside IR35 | PAYE

Opus are partnered with an exciting organisation who are looking for a skilled and creative Training Content Creator to join us on a short-term contract. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing engaging training materials that support a system rollout . This is a remote role, ideal for someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital training materials including eLearning modules, guides, videos, and infographics for a system rollout
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and translate it into effective learning experiences
• Ensure all content is aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Adapt materials for various formats including LMS, PDF, and video
• Revise and improve content based on stakeholder feedback

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in training content creation or instructional design for a system rollout
• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Desirable Skills

• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone)
• Graphic design or video editing capabilities
• Background in technical, compliance, or onboarding training
