The role:

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually stunning and highly functional websites, with an emphasis on minimal, aesthetic design. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering user-friendly, beautiful websites that embody our commitment to excellence in design and functionality.

You will:

• Design and Develop Websites: Create visually appealing and highly functional websites using no-code design tools, focusing on a minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing design that aligns with Patientfy's brand standards.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure website designs meet strategic objectives, enhance user experience, and reflect our brand's commitment to excellence.
• Optimize User Experience: Implement best practices in UX/UI design to create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging website interfaces that drive conversion rates and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Integrate Advanced Features: Utilize advanced tools and capabilities to seamlessly integrate websites with existing practice management software, third-party applications, and marketing tools.
• Maintain and Update Websites: Regularly update and maintain websites to ensure they remain current, functional, and aligned with the latest design trends and technology standards.
• Conduct Quality Assurance Tests: Perform comprehensive testing to ensure websites are optimized for different devices and browsers, identifying and resolving any issues related to performance, compatibility, or accessibility.
• Provide Design Expertise and Guidance: Offer expert guidance and insights on design best practices, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy meetings to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in web design and apply this knowledge to enhance our web design strategy.
• Support Client Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and support on how to use and manage their websites effectively.
• Create Design Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all web design projects.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven Experience in Web Design: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong skills in minimal, aesthetic design and user-centric web solutions.
• Strong Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Deep knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to create design assets and prototypes.
• Excellent Visual Design Skills: A keen eye for detail, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to translate brand identity into compelling website designs.
• Experience with SEO, AEO/GEO, and LLM optimization: Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO/LLM best practices, including proper use of H tags, schema markup, and content structuring for search and AI visibility.
• Web analytics and performance optimization: Experience using web analytics tools to measure, analyze, and optimize website performance, user behavior, and conversion outcomes.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all design elements are consistent, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with web accessibility standards (such as WCAG) to ensure all websites are accessible to a diverse audience.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay current with web design trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly those related to Wix Studio.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Related Field (Preferred): A degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Bonus points:

• Branding Experience: Proven ability to design logos, develop cohesive brand identities, select color palettes and typography, and bring all brand elements together into a unified visual system, with the capability to apply that branding seamlessly across websites.
• Web Designer Certification (No-Code Platforms): Proven certification and hands-on expertise in Wix Studio or other leading no-code website platforms, with the ability to create, customize, and optimize high-performing websites.
