Digital Marketing Manager
My client is a technology-first payments company. Our intelligent, global orchestration platform connects to acquirers and payment providers around the world, empowering iGaming businesses to optimise their payments and elevate their player experience.
With deep, in-house payments and gaming expertise, we’ve quickly earned our reputation as a leading payment technology business, and are trusted by ambitious brands worldwide. We’re proud to be pioneering the future of seamless play and are looking for the best talent to support us on this journey.
We’re now looking for a commercially-minded Digital Marketing Manager to help scale our demand engine and generate quality leads. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on building pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and nurturing opportunities through multi-channel campaigns and data-driven experimentation.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for turning strategy into scalable, measurable campaigns across digital, email, and partner channels. You’ll bring strong hands-on execution and knowledge from working in a fintech environment, utilising key channels, such HubSpot. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Content, you’ll launch programs that connect with our buyers and turn interest into revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead our social and paid media ecosystem, collaborating across teams to create targeted, channel-specific campaigns that maximise reach, engagement, and conversion throughout the funnel.
- Own CRO and experimentation across the website and landing pages, including hypothesis creation, A/B and multivariate testing, user-journey analysis, and structured experimentation roadmaps.
- Lead on landing-page optimisation, from messaging to UX enhancements, technical performance fixes, and ongoing conversion improvements.
- Manage our technical SEO foundations, ensuring site structure, crawlability, schema, page performance, internal linking, and on-page optimisation are continuously improved in partnership with content and development teams.
- Use analytics, heatmapping, and behavioural data to drive decision-making, diagnosing friction points and unlocking improvements across lead forms, nurture flows, and gated content.
- Work closely with Sales to refine campaign targeting, ICP definitions, and support outbound motions with integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to ensure storytelling aligns with campaign strategy, and that every asset, from ads to long-form, contributes to measurable commercial impact.
- Work with the wider marketing team on post-event and post-download lead strategies, ensuring rapid follow-up, nurturing, and alignment on next steps to convert engagement into high-quality conversations.
- Support Sales and Account Management with campaign insights, lead intelligence, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations that help close deals and retain customers.
- Manage and validate marketing data within HubSpot and Google Analytics, maintaining clean workflows, accurate attribution, and consistent reporting. Build dashboards and performance reports that provide clear insight into pipeline, channel performance, and conversion behaviour.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ in B2B SaaS marketing with proven experience in digital marketing roles within the fintech space
- A relevant marketing degree or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Skilled in campaign planning, digital targeting, lead scoring, and funnel measurement
- Experience running nurture sequences, and multi-touch attribution models
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design in a fast-moving scale-up environment
What would be great to have
- Experience utilizing design software, such as Canva and Adobe, and video editing tools is highly desirable
- Understanding of payments, PSPs, or payment orchestration is desirable
- iGaming market experience is beneficial
