Role DescriptionAs a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, transforming them into effective design solutions that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, developing personas and user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing high-fidelity user interfaces. You will ensure consistency through the development and maintenance of design systems, while continuously improving products based on usability testing, user feedback, and performance insights.You will collaborate throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development and ideation to implementation and optimization. The role requires balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to deliver seamless, accessible, and visually compelling experiences.This position requires creativity, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems through thoughtful and impactful design.Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, and human-centered design principles
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey analysis
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications
  • Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, color theory, and information hierarchy
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experience considerations
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate and present design concepts and rationale effectively
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams throughout the development process
  • Understanding of frontend development concepts and design handoff workflows is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative product development methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, consistency, and user satisfaction
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, UX thinking, and visual design capabilities
