Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Preferred: San Francisco or Indianapolis area

Rate: $50-55 per hour

Overview

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a high-performing in-house creative team supporting a global technology organization. This role is ideal for a designer with exceptional visual design skills, strong conceptual thinking, and experience creating compelling digital and print marketing assets.

You'll partner with marketers, creatives, and project managers to develop thoughtful, impactful design solutions across campaigns, events, web, email, social, and presentation materials.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute creative campaigns, e-books, email marketing assets, and social content.
• Create webpages, landing pages, and presentation materials.
• Develop immersive visual experiences for large-scale events and conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and project management.
• Present design concepts and communicate creative rationale to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovative design approaches while maintaining brand consistency.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Check in with the creative team via Slack.
• Work independently on assigned design projects.
• Provide progress updates to project management.
• Attend 1–2 meetings daily to review work with creative and marketing partners.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to refine concepts and executions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design work.
• Experience developing creative concepts from ideation through execution.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows (Gemini, Nano Banana, or similar).
• Motion design or animation experience.
• Adobe After Effects experience.
• Canva experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale events, conferences, or integrated marketing campaigns.

• Candidates across PT, CT, and ET time zones will be considered.
• Ability to visit an office occasionally is a plus but not required.

• No anticipated extension or conversion following the contract period at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Remote, San Francisco or Indianapolis preferred.
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no H-1B, no C2C)
• Duration: July 2026 – November 2026
• Portfolio: Required for consideration
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 60 days, plus applicable PTO and sick leave per state/local law
• Pay Range: $50-55 per hour - W2

Compensation for this position will be determined based on several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; market labor costs; the candidate’s skills, education, training, credentials, and experience; and other employment conditions. Full-time consultants are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions, along with any PTO, sick leave, or other benefits required by applicable state or local laws where you reside or work.
