  • Fellowship with the potential for full-time employment upon completion of program
  • $25/hour during Fellowship (~8 hours per business day)
  • $45,0000 - $55,000 starting salary for entry-level full-time Marketing Coordinators, with lots of opportunity to grow
  • Must have experience strategizing, developing, implementing, and optimizing ongoing TV ad campaigns. 
  • Must understand the process of working with TV stations, advertising vendors, including how buy options are presented and accepted, understand campaign reporting, etc.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a marketing coordinator, project coordinator, account manager, or similar role, plus familiarity with PM tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Workfront, etc
  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience 
  • Must have a foundational understanding of how strategy, creative, and analytics intersect to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions, as well as familiarity with the broader sales funnel and how different marketing touch points contribute to business growth
  • This includes experience with social media platforms, public relations, campaign conception, email marketing, etc

Responsibilities

  • Assists with projects and tasks that support general client initiatives and goals
  • Supports marketing strategies by helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget
  • Develops and fosters a sense of trust and subject matter expertise with clients
  • Helps develop marketing strategies that align with client goals and specifications for all digital media, including website and social platforms, as well as print and mass media
  • Develops and presents creative briefs
  • Helps coordinate client projects and serves as a liaison between the client and Raborn Media's creative team
  • Coordinates and tracks advertising schedules and marketing activities for assigned clients
  • Creates, assigns, and maintains tasks within project management software to ensure project milestones are met, the creative team understands their assignments, and projects are completed on time and in full
  • Provides constructive criticism on marketing materials, including website, graphic design, branding, video, social media, copywriting, and other work
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Communicates with clients daily to ensure all of the client's needs are being met
  • Takes notes and transfers them to project management software to be used for direction for internal teams
  • Organizes, collaborates, and coordinates work between designers, developers, and video teams
  • Assist with copywriting tasks as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Employment Opportunity

After completing the Fellowship Program, Fellows may be asked to continue their tenure in a full-time role as a Marketing Coordinator with Raborn Media. However, full-time employment is not guaranteed and ultimately depends on the organization's needs and the Fellow's performance during the program. Full-time Marketing Coordinators can expect to earn between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, with regular opportunities to increase base pay and receive bonuses.
