Do you have skills in 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 or a 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫? Join RAB in a casual role with 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 to support project leads and RAB executives to create, edit, publish and deliver content via 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞-𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐬, 𝐩𝐨𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

· Record and edit video/audio content, e.g. for webinars, podcasts and virtual classrooms

· Design and maintain images/content for online or email marketing, e.g. education conferences, attendance certificates etc

· Maintain content on RAB web sites

· Assisting with Zoom webinars to create, moderate or tech support

· Maintain process/user guide documentation for related activities

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

· Excellent written and verbal communications

· ~2 years work experience with design/editing suites, e.g. Canva, Adobe, Riverside, Da Vinci

· Experience with webinar hosting platforms, i.e. Zoom, Teams, GoTo Meeting

· Able to work independently as part of a small team

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

· Experience or interest in healthcare, NFP, education environments

· Using a CMS to maintain web content (ideally Joomla, WordPress)

· Media, marketing or communications experience

· Interest in learning more about RAB’s mission and systems.
