Senior Designer

Law Bear is a dynamic digital agency focusing on lead generation matching personal injury victims with vetted attorneys. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer who can take ownership of Law Bear's brand identity and creative output as an individual contributor. This role is perfect for a seasoned creative who thrives on both concept and execution. Someone equally adept at developing big ideas and rolling up their sleeves to produce polished, impactful designs. You will set the standard for Law Bear's visual and verbal identity while collaborating with other departments to ensure our brand and ads deliver maximum impact. Responsibilities Brand Development & Consistency

• Refine, and maintain the Law Bear brand identity (logos, typography, color palette, tone, and messaging)

Hands-On Creative Execution

• Produce high-quality design work for digital ads, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing assets
• Conceptualize and create original visual and written content that aligns with brand goals

Website Ownership

• Maintain and improve the Law Bear website to ensure relevance, accuracy, and SEO alignment
• Collaborate with marketing and SEO specialists to create conversion-focused copy and visuals
• Execute updates personally, leveraging contractors as needed for specialized tasks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency across campaigns
• Translate business objectives into compelling creative deliverables

Quality Assurance

• Review and refine all creative assets before deployment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of professional creative design experience, ideally in digital marketing or agency environments
• Proven track record of developing and executing branding initiatives
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
• Experience with website content management systems and SEO best practices
• Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence across digital platforms
• Excellent self-management skills — capable of owning projects end-to-end without daily oversight
• Strong understanding of emerging AI-Powered creative tools, with the ability to evaluate, integrate, and innovate using the latest AI technologies to enhance visual storytelling, content creation, and brand experience.
