The Role 

We are seeking an ambitious and versatile Senior Designer to join our creative team. This is a pivotal role within the agency, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career or looking for a fresh creative challenge. 

You will bring a sharp eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to lead creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the creative output of the agency, mentoring and leading others, to drive our design standards forward. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead creative projects from concept through to execution. 
• Produce high-quality, visually compelling designs across multiple formats and platforms. 
• Contribute innovative ideas that challenge conventional design thinking. 
• Present and articulate creative concepts confidently and persuasively to clients, clearly communicating the rationale behind design decisions. 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver integrated campaigns. 
• Lead and evolve the design studio, contributing to its growth and direction. 
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative output. 
• Work within and interpret corporate brand guidelines when required. 
• Attend and art direct photo/video shoots where necessary. 
• Support wider creative team functions and workflows. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. 

Skills & Experience 

8+ years’ experience in a commercial design or communications environment. 

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative excellence. 

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). 

Awareness and experience of emerging trends, including AI in design. 

Experience across a broad range of media including print, digital, social platforms and GIF/animation content. 

Excellent communication and client presentation skills. 

Strong attention to detail and highly organised. 

Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. 

Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset. 

Open to feedback with a continuous improvement approach. 

Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of modern design practices.
