Founded in 2018, we are headquartered in Brisbane, Australia but work virtually with most of our team based in the Philippines.

The company is growing with a small team of full-time and part-time contractors working across the Asia-Pacific region, currently all reporting to the Operations Manager, also based in the Philippines whilst our Managing Director is based in Brisbane, Australia. We deliberately hire talent in different regions of the world to keep costs down, create diversity, and build a multi-lingual team.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented VA with strong PowerPoint and Design experience to update the slides we use in our corporate training programs, delivered both online and in-person worldwide.

We work with some of the world’s largest B2B companies, so our presentations must strike the right balance between clean, professional, easy-to-digest formatting.

About the Project

This initial project involves updating the slide deck for our PM100 course, "Designing & Implementing Preventive Maintenance Programs". You will be working from our existing presentation content, using our brand guidelines and PowerPoint template (all provided).

This post is for a major course development project — about 1,200 slides and 100 hours of work. Do an amazing job here, and you’ll be first in line for ongoing collaborations on future courses and materials.

What You Will Do

• Redesign existing slides to improve layout, visual appeal, and readability.

• Apply our brand guidelines and make full use of Master Slides in PowerPoint.

• Source and incorporate relevant on-brand visuals, icons, and graphics.

• Ensure visual consistency and professionalism across all slides.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio of professional PowerPoint presentation design (especially for corporate or educational contexts).

• Ability to follow branding guidelines while applying a strong design sensibility.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and open to feedback and revisions.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.
