Product Designer

About the Opportunity:

This organization is a leading digital healthcare company that creates trusted solutions to detect, predict, and prevent disease. They combine wearable biosensors and cloud-based data analytics with proprietary algorithms to convert data from millions of heartbeats into clinically actionable information. The mission is to deliver better data, insights, and health outcomes globally. The role focuses on product design that simplifies complex clinical and hardware-driven data to improve patient and clinician outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define and design experiences balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints with a cross-functional team

• Develop and maintain design systems and promote consistent design standards

• Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with User Researchers to explore new problem spaces and test solutions

• Present designs effectively to gain stakeholder buy-in

• Work with Engineering teams to address development tradeoffs and ensure design fidelity

• Contribute to feature definition, project planning, and QA testing

Requirements:

• Proven ability to solve complex user problems with simple, intuitive designs

• Deep knowledge of mobile and web UI patterns

• Strong understanding of visual design principles including color, layout, and typography

• Ability to iterate quickly at various fidelity levels based on stakeholder feedback

• Self-directed with capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience collaborating with Product Management, User Research, and Engineering teams

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Highly collaborative and user-focused mindset

• Track record of shipping multiple products

• Minimum two years of end-to-end product design experience on mobile and/or web platforms

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design or related field/experience

• Willingness to travel occasionally for user research

Compensation:

• Estimated pay range $88,000.00 to $110,000.00, varying by knowledge, skills, experience, and location
