Product Designer (UX)

About the Opportunity:

The organization is a self-funded, independent AI group backed by BJAK, focused on building a new global consumer AI product with significant impact. The role of Product Designer involves shaping how users experience AI by turning complex technology into intuitive, human-centered products. This early, high-ownership position influences core user flows, interaction models, and product direction from the start.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces from concept to production

• Design user flows that make advanced AI capabilities simple, natural, and usable

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship quickly

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new AI-driven interaction models

• Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction

• Define and evolve the design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability

• Advocate for the user while balancing product velocity and technical constraints

Requirements:

• 3 or more years as a product/UX designer with a portfolio covering web and mobile products

• Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools

• Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems

• Experience working closely with engineers and product managers in fast-paced environments

• Comfortable designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements
