Senior Brand Designer

About the Opportunity:

The organization provides a fast, free, and flexible platform to send bulk payouts to recipients in over 230 countries and regions. Serving more than 20,000 companies, from small businesses to large institutions, it has facilitated over $1 billion in payouts. The role of Senior Brand Designer is key to developing high-quality creative that represents the brand across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print assets with the marketing team, including landing pages, ads, events, blog covers, and emails

• Translate abstract concepts and messaging into compelling visual executions

• Shape and expand brand identity across various channels

• Manage projects from kickoff to completion, collaborating with team members and incorporating feedback

• Coordinate with contractors such as illustrators or development shops when necessary

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience building visual brand at tech companies

• 2 or more years of experience as a brand designer in startup environments

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design across multiple mediums

• Ability to manage projects autonomously while welcoming feedback and collaboration

• Strong writing skills for documentation purposes

• Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition

• Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of design principles and current web technologies

• Illustration skills, especially vector illustration

• Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar)

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred but not required with sufficient experience and portfolio

Compensation:

• Base salary range from $90,000 to $125,000
