Sr. Product Designer

About the Opportunity:

The organization is building an AI-powered assistant to simplify and improve car ownership for millions of Americans, covering areas such as buying, insurance, financing, maintenance, and repairs. This Senior Product Designer role is focused on elevating the user experience and shaping how people interact with core products through intuitive and polished design.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers and engineers to define user problems and design data-driven solutions.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for core product features.

• Lead UX explorations to make car ownership and management simple and intuitive.

• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to inform and validate design decisions.

• Collaborate with other designers to evolve the design system across mobile and web.

• Apply AI thoughtfully to improve user experience with clarity, personalization, and automation.

Requirements:

• Portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, data-informed decisions, and clean, intuitive interface design.

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products.

• Ability to translate complex data and product requirements into simple, elegant workflows.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to define scope and iterate quickly.

• Skilled in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.

• Understanding of design systems and their application for consistency and scale.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical partners.

• Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, fintech, insurance, or mobility.

Compensation:

• The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on the job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
