About the Role

One of our long-term US partners is developing a trading product — a mobile and web platform tailored for self-directed traders. The product has been on the market for years, serving a wide range of active users worldwide, and continues to evolve with new functionality. We are now seeking a QA Manager to join the project team.

As a QA Leader, you’ll be the champion of product quality. You’ll refine and streamline QA processes, mentor and support the testing team, implement new approaches and tools, and define testing strategies and documentation. Your mission is simple: deliver a reliable, high-quality product that traders can enjoy and trust.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and a ‘can figure out how to do’ mindset. The role includes onsite visits to the client in Miami — both a great perk and an essential component of building a strong, aligned team focused on success and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall quality strategy for the product.

• Design, improve, and enforce QA processes, workflows, and documentation.

• Lead, mentor, and support the project QA team (manual and automation).

• Participate in product planning and provide input on feasibility and testability.

• Facilitate clear communication on quality risks, timelines, QA efforts and business priorities.

• Set up an AQA strategy, drive adoption of automation where it brings value.

• Maintain and evolve test environments, test data, and CI/CD integrations as needed.

• Establish and track key quality KPIs and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.

• Communicate release quality status, evaluate its readiness and act as the final quality gatekeeper.

• Represent QA in onsite visits and strategic discussions with the client.

What you bring with you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 7+ years of hands-on QA experience across web and mobile products.

• Proven experience leading large QA teams or managing a QA function at the project or organizational level.

• Experience building and optimizing QA processes and workflows.

• Ability to design test strategies, test plans, and release quality criteria.

• Solid understanding of automation testing concepts, frameworks, and where automation brings value.

• Experience setting up TMS (testrail, tm4j, etc.) and organizing QA team's work with it.

• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data validation and back-end testing.

• Proficiency with debugging and analysis tools such as Charles Proxy, browser DevTools, and comparable utilities.

• Demonstrated experience in API testing and working with tools such as Postman or similar.

• Strong analytical thinking and a mathematical, data-driven mindset.

• Strong leadership qualities, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding QA and AQA engineers.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Background in trading, brokerage, or FinTech projects.
