Product Design Coordinator (Product oriented- UX/UI)

We are looking for a PDC to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming high-level requirements from the Product Manager into clear, structured, and detailed feature definitions that can be used by design and development teams. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience by defining workflows, identifying edge cases, and collaborating with designers on UI/UX aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and understand feature requests from the Product Manager.
• Translate product requirements into detailed feature definitions, including user flows and edge case scenarios.
• Collaborate with designers to create or refine UI elements; independently design simple UI components when necessary.
• Define the customer journey related to each feature.
• Ensure the feature aligns with UX/UI best practices and contributes to a cohesive user experience.
• Communicate effectively with developers to ensure technical feasibility and clarity.

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge – familiarity with terms such as HTML, CSS, Flutter, etc. (no coding skills required).
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI concepts and user-centered design.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams (Product, Design, Development).
