Pay rate: $24-$26/hr

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Contract until EOY

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Team and internal/external partners in creating digital, print, and video content for our internal learning experiences.
• Responsible for concept, design and production of both digital, print, and video deliverables and managing projects from creative brief to execution.
• Work with our motion designers to edit videos and create motion designs.
• Work closely with subject matter experts from a variety of business units to turn technical information into digestible graphics and presentations.
• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message
• Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use
• Present design concepts to clients or art directors
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Graphic Design experience.
• Experience with the following adobe tools: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Must be able to look at the “bigger picture” in a creative campaign, have great written, verbal, and personal communication skills.
• Adept at translating conceptual strategy into persuasive executions, ideas and concepts in a variety of creative and consultative ways, while maintaining visual appearance, usability, and brand continuity.
• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Must be a team player with an openness to feedback and direction and a demonstrable understanding of industry standards, trends, design processes, methods, and tools.
• Candidates must share their portfolio featuring beautifully designed projects showcasing a strong understanding and creative approach, illustration, typography, iconography, photography layout, infographics, social media campaigns and brand identity.
