Are you a designer who wants your work to make a real difference?

Rooted is a mental health tech project blending AI, design, and emotional well-being. We’re building a digital space where young people can better express, understand and care for their emotions — one interaction at a time.

We’re currently looking for a Graphic Designer (Volunteer) to help shape our visual identity and bring the Rooted brand to life. You’ll be working closely with our UX designer and founder to create assets that are both meaningful and beautiful.

✨ What you’ll do

• Co-develop the brand guidelines (colours, typography, tone, visual elements)
• Design the Rooted logo that reflects our values of growth, empathy and connection
• Support with early assets (presentation decks, social previews, UI elements)
• Collaborate with a small, multidisciplinary and mission-driven team

👀 We’re looking for someone who...

• Has a strong eye for aesthetics and a love for visual storytelling
• Is curious about (or experienced in) the mental health or tech for good space
• Enjoys collaborating with UX, product or research teams
• Is happy to share a portfolio (this can be a Behance, PDF, Google Drive folder – we care about the work, not polish)
