Part-Time Social Media Content Creator & Community Executive

Sachi Skin | Remote (UK-friendly hours preferred)

Sachi Skin is looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator & Community Executive to help bring our brand to life online and nurture our amazing growing community.

This role is for someone who genuinely loves skincare, is unafraid behind the camera, understands how social media works today, and enjoys creating content that feels thoughtful, real, and intentional, not noisy or trend-chasing.

You’ll sit between content creation and community, helping us show up consistently while keeping a close pulse on our audience.

What you’ll doContent creation

• Create short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, routines, education).
• Film, edit, and repurpose content using an iPhone and simple editing tools.
• Work from content prompts and campaign themes, but bring your own creative instincts.
• Capture lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and product-in-use moments that feel natural and premium.
• Support monthly content calendars and campaign launches.

Community & engagement

• Manage daily community engagement across Instagram and TikTok (comments, DMs, replies).
• Build genuine relationships with our audience, not just respond with templates.
• Spot trends, FAQs, and recurring customer questions and feed them back to the team.
• Support community initiatives, affiliates, creators, and brand ambassadors.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder and marketing team to align content with brand voice and launches.
• Help ensure our social channels feel consistent, calm, and recognisably Sachi.

Who this is for

You are passionate about skincare, beauty and wellness and already consume beauty content daily.

• You’re confident creating and editing short-form video.
• You understand how to build engagement without relying on gimmicks.
• You have a strong eye for tone, aesthetics, and pacing.
• You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• You enjoy talking to people and building community, not just posting and logging off.
• You have strong skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and editing content
• You have experience in Canva, photo editing, Cap-Cut and simple graphic design tools is a plus
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Facialists, Aestheticians and Cosmetic Chemists in training are welcome
• Undergraduates to graduates

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience working with a beauty or lifestyle brand.
• Familiarity with Instagram analytics and TikTok insights.
• A personal or brand account you’ve grown or managed.

Role details

• Part-time (approx. 2–3 days per week).
• Remote, with flexibility around hours.
• Opportunity to grow with the brand and take on more responsibility over time.
