Head of Growth

Sellfy is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to drive growth for a creator-focused e-commerce platform. We’re a profitable, product-led SaaS company helping creators and small businesses sell digital products. We're now looking for someone who's scaled similar SaaS businesses using smart, cost-efficient growth strategies.

Tasks

• Further develop Sellfy’s growth and marketing strategy
• Scale revenue through performance-driven, low-cost acquisition channels
• Lead and optimize SEO, affiliate marketing, product-led growth, and lifecycle campaigns
• Build and manage a small, lean marketing team and/or freelancers
• Set and track key growth KPIs (signups, upgrades, retention, churn etc.)
• Partner with product and design teams to drive user acquisition and engagement through product experience

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in SaaS growth or marketing roles
• Proven track record growing a SaaS product with 7-figure ARR
• Deep understanding of product-led growth, SEO, and/or affiliate marketing
• Data-driven and execution-focused: you move fast, test ideas, and scale what works
• Comfortable with a lean setup - we care about impact, not headcount
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to creators, solopreneurs, or small businesses
• Hands-on skills with analytics, AI, or no-code tools
• Prior startup or bootstrapped experience
