Client coordinator

We are looking for a Client Coordinator with German to join our team serving a key client from the FMCG sector – a leader in the international market. The person in this role will be responsible for daily communication with the client, coordinating operational activities, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with the client in German (via email and phone)
• Working with internal and client systems: receiving orders and entering them into the system
• Coordinating orders, inquiries, and client service processes
• Collaborating with internal departments, particularly the graphic studio
• Monitoring timeliness and quality of service delivery
• Solving ongoing issues and suggesting improvements
• Preparing reports and documentation related to ongoing processes

Requirements:

• Very good command of German (preferably at B2 level or higher)
• Communicative level of English
• Experience in client service (preferably in an international environment or FMCG industry)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently manage assigned tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in printing or graphic design is a plus
