  • SnowClub — group travel, resale, social commerce, loyaltyWe are activating dozens of mountains and hundreds of vendors while scaling a global marketplace in real time.Design is not decorative here.Design is infrastructure, conversion, culture, and trust.Priority Design Roles We’re FillingWe are hiring for multiple distinct design roles.You may be strong in one role or multiple. Say which lanes you can own.1.UI Designer (TOP PRIORITY)This is the most critical design hire.You own high-fidelity product UI across SnowClub, booking, marketplace, and front-side experiences.You will:
  • Design production-ready interfaces (not concepts)
  • Work in Figma only (components, variants, systems)
  • Design for dynamic, stateful, front-end-driven products
  • Collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (React / React Native)
  • Ship clean, modern, conversion-focused UI at speedUX thinking is welcome — but UI execution is mandatory.2.UX / Interaction DesignerYou own clarity across complex, multi-stakeholder flows.You will:
  • Design user journeys across travelers, groups, and vendors
  • Define flows for booking, group coordination, resale, accounts
  • Think in systems, not pages
  • Prototype and validate interaction patternsThis role can be combined with UI if you’re strong in both.3.Brand / Visual DesignerYou own SnowGroup’s brand expression in-market.You will:
  • Design landing pages, campaign assets, crowdfunding visuals
  • Translate brand into high-impact marketing surfaces
  • Maintain consistency while moving fast
  • Support storytelling, not just aestheticsThis is about execution, not mood boards.4.Illustration / Iconography DesignerYou give SnowGroup character.You will:
  • Create custom icons, illustration sets, UI accents
  • Design empty states, loyalty visuals, map cues, badges
  • Help the product feel human, not generic travel tech5.Design Systems / Production DesignerYou own scale and consistency.You will:
  • Build and maintain component libraries in Figma
  • Define patterns used across multiple products
  • Improve handoff quality and velocity with engineeringWhat “Founder-Level Designer” Means Here
