Snowgroup is building the first full-stack digital ecosystem for winter sports travel — connecting 150M+ skiers and snowboarders to mountains, transportation, rentals, lodging, and local experiences.

Our ecosystem includes:

• Reservewinter — a multi-mountain travel marketplace
• Snowclub — group travel, resale, social commerce, loyalty
• Snowbus — transportation + our core acquisition wedge

We’re expanding across dozens of mountains this season and activating hundreds of local vendors. We move fast, we build in public, and we care about execution over performative process.

The Mission (and how you fit)

This post covers multiple roles because Snowgroup is building an ecosystem — not a single feature.

We’re looking for sharp, independent operators and builders who can take ownership in one of these lanes:

1. Sales – Vendor & Outreach

You find vendors (rentals, lessons, lodging, experiences), run outreach, qualify partners, and push onboarding through to “live.”

2. Designer – Illustration & Brand Design

You create visual assets that make Snowgroup feel iconic: campaign graphics, brand elements, social assets, simple motion, lightweight collateral.

3. Designer – UI

You help shape the actual product experience: flows, components, mobile-first layouts, marketplace UX, and clean execution in Figma.

4. CRM – Email Marketing Outreach

You own outbound + lifecycle execution: segmentation, sequences, deliverability hygiene, reporting, and “turning the database into momentum.”

5. AI Specialist Architect

You help design the architecture behind our personalization layer (intent → recommendations), data structure, and practical implementation strategy.

6. Technical Writers – Scoping

You turn chaos into clarity: product specs, workflow docs, user stories, vendor onboarding playbooks, and “what are we building + why.”

7. General Operations & Admin

You keep the engine running: scheduling, follow-ups, research, CRM cleanup, doc organization, task tracking, and founder leverage.

What You’ll Do (high level)

Regardless of lane, you’ll be expected to:

• Move projects forward without waiting for perfect information
• Communicate clearly async (Slack / ClickUp / docs)
• Keep work organized, traceable, and shippable
• Collaborate tightly with Marketing + Product + Ops
• Build momentum, not decks about momentum

What We’re Looking For

• Self-starters with strong follow-through
• Comfort with ambiguity + fast iteration
• Clear communicators (written + async)
• High standards, low ego, real ownership energy
• Bonus if you’re plugged into ski/snow/outdoor culture

• 4–8 week pilot (part-time or flexible schedule)
• Deferred compensation (paid upon successful raise), with equity/bonus considerations post-raise
