• A podcast production & media agency helping people start, produce and promote their podcasts.
• A lending startup brokering commercial loans for various industries and business types.

As we continue to grow our internal business we are also taking on additional clients and are seeking a visual storyteller to help us better communicate our value and mission across digital platforms. 🎬 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to support our marketing and client education efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual communication skills and a passion for producing polished, informative content that reinforces our brands and clients. The role will be 70% video editing and 30% graphic design, focused on enhancing our online presence and supporting business development. 🎯 What You’ll Do 🎥 Video Editing (70%)

• Create professional, engaging videos to promote our services, explain compliance processes, and highlight client success stories
• Produce short-form content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Add transitions, graphics, captions, sound effects, color grading, and animations to enhance clarity and engagement
• Edit footage into clean, on-brand content optimized for both web and mobile
• Ensure all content aligns with industry professionalism and regulatory messaging
• Produce social media clips from podcast content,

🎨 Graphic Design (30%)

• Design digital assets including infographics, brochures, social media graphics, social media carousels, pitch decks, presentations, and sales materials
• Maintain visual consistency across all branding elements
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn complex regulatory topics into clear, digestible visuals

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)
• Strong portfolio of corporate or service-based content (B2B experience a plus)
• Ability to translate technical content into engaging visual formats
• Excellent time management and project organization
• Familiarity with content creation for regulated industries is a plus
• Understanding of brand tone, compliance-driven messaging, and healthcare sensitivity
