🔍 NON-NEGOTIABLE Requirements:AI Product Design Experience (MANDATORY):

• Proven track record designing AI/ML powered products
• Portfolio must demonstrate AI interface design work
• Understanding of AI UX patterns, transparency, and trust-building
• Experience making AI decisions understandable to users
• Cannot consider candidates without AI product experience

SaaS Product Design Experience (MANDATORY):

• 10+ years designing complex B2B/B2C SaaS applications
• Multiple SaaS products in portfolio showing complete UX/UI work
• Deep expertise in data-heavy dashboards and analytics
• Experience with multi-tenant, multi-role platform architecture
• Cannot consider candidates without strong SaaS background

Modern, Disruptive Design Portfolio (MANDATORY):

• Cutting-edge, contemporary design aesthetic
• Work that pushes boundaries and stands out from competitors
• Modern UI patterns, bold interactions, innovative UX solutions
• Portfolio must demonstrate design leadership in visual innovation
• Not traditional, corporate, or conservative design work

Director-Level Leadership:

• 10+ years total UX/UI experience with 5+ years at director level
• Experience leading design at high-growth startups
• Proven ability to work independently as sole designer
• Track record of 0-1 product launches (3+ products)
• Can execute hands-on at director-level quality
