Role Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Spirit Level.

This is a part-time role with very flexible hours. The position can be remote, though being based in Barcelona is preferred for occasional projects.

You’ll work across branding, campaign visuals, and social media design — helping translate ideas into bold visual language.

This is an opportunity to grow alongside a new studio.

What You’ll Do

• Design brands and visual identities

Create social media graphics and campaign rollouts

Build visual assets across film, digital, and cultural projects

Work across aesthetics — from corporate clarity to fashion-forward expression

Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into clear visual language

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in brand design and social media design

• Great eye for typography, layout, and visual systems

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Comfortable moving between structured brand work and more experimental creative

Nice to have:

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar)

• Illustration skills

• Agency experience
