Product Designer

A bit about the Founder: Thejo, is a multiple-time founder who previously built Airbase (acquired by Paylocity for ~$400M) and Automatic (YC S11, acquired by SiriusXM for $115M). He has since started his own venture studio, where he is incubating a couple of companies and building the initial teams. About The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own product strategy and design! This role will be a major influence on the Product Team, helping strategize and design multiple core assets for our B2B SaaS product. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, Onboarding).
• Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving product.
• Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs directly in code when needed.
• Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team.
• Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique.

Skills & Experience Needed

• 4+ years of experience in product design or similar role.
• Impeccable visual and interaction design skills; deep taste and intuition for what makes a product feel exceptional.
• Strong visual evidence of work (portfolio, website, or equivalent).
• Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design directions.
• Motivated to do the best work of your career, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage environment.
• Excited about AI-enhanced workflows and understand the problems we’re solving.
• Open to spending some of the time contributing directly to code to implement prototypes and refine design details.
