UI/UX Developer

The UX/UI designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)

design for all our digital platforms. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience

are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions

to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user

experience design and user interface technology.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the

STRNG vision and business objectives.

• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic

designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

• Designing Build and maintain scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand

and design consistency.

• Choosing appropriate colour schemes, typography, and imagery to enhance the

overall user experience.

• Provide expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral

analysis to guide design decisions while advocating for user-centered design principles

across the organization.

• Ensuring that designs comply with accessibility standards to make digital assets

inclusive and usable by a diverse audience.

• Providing design support for various marketing campaigns, ensuring that the visual

elements align with the overall user experience strategy.

Skills, Qualifications And Personal Attributes

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital

products or services.

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

• Experience with conducting usability testing, user research, and synthesizing insights.

• A team player as well as an independent too.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
