Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Growth & Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of driving measurable social media growth, increasing lead conversions, and executing high-impact digital campaigns. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments, collaborates well directly with leadership, and knows how to turn content, ads, and brand strategy into revenue-driving results.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing & Content
- Plan, create, and schedule high-performing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop messaging aligned with SubconX’s brand voice
- Optimize pages for growth, engagement, and loyalty
Lead Generation & Digital Advertising
- Strategize, build, and manage targeted paid advertising campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, and conversion rate improvements
- Track and report on funnel performance with actionable insights
Growth Strategy & Brand Development
- Partner directly with the CEO and CRO to design and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns
- Provide strategic input as we build out the new website and refine brand positioning
- Advise on content, channels, and tactics that will yield strong inbound traction
- Support early go-to-market initiatives as SubconX scales
Qualifications
- Proven track record of social media growth and successful digital lead generation (references required)
- Experience working with startups or high-growth companies preferred
- Strong understanding of content strategy, ad performance metrics, lead funnels, and conversion optimization
- Ability to work independently and hit weekly KPIs
- Creative but data-driven, with a deep understanding of what actually converts

- Significant increase in top-of-funnel awareness across social channels
- Consistent inbound lead flow driven through campaigns and content
- Strong partnership with leadership resulting in cohesive, high-impact marketing execution
- Contribution to the momentum generated from SubconX’s Edison Award nomination and upcoming announcements
