About The Role We are seeking a talented UI/UX Frontend Developer with a focus on game design and development to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our app and website, making them more engaging and intuitive for millions of users worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing innovative gameplay features, optimizing user flows for higher conversion and retention, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create fun, interactive tour gameplay, develop new products, and improve existing features through data-driven A/B testing. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency with modern coding tools and frameworks
• Strong UI/UX design skills, with experience in Figma
• Ability to design and implement game mechanics and gamified features
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels and user psychology
• Experience leading projects from concept to deployment
• Experience working with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and prompt engineering
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product and design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS and Android app features, focusing on engaging gameplay and user experience
• Identify and implement high-impact game and product improvements to enhance app engagement
• Research, design, and execute improvements to our app and website for better conversion and repeat usage
• Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy new features and enhancements
• Create fun and engaging tour gameplay with seamless purchase and repeat flows
• Own the process of A/B testing to optimize product features and user flows
• Analyze user data and testing results to inform iterative improvements
• Develop and launch new products within our platform ecosystem
• Design and develop end-to-end team-building games and desktop interfaces
• Create and refine game mechanics to increase user engagement and retention
• Proactively identify UX pain points and propose effective solutions
• Monitor and grow the repeat rate among our team-building customers
• Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages and customer funnels
• Improve overall customer journey and satisfaction across desktop and mobile platforms
• Conduct industry trend research and competitive analysis to inform design strategies
• Fix bugs and maintain continuous product improvements, relying on customer feedback
