  • Excellent stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver user-centered interfaces and interaction patterns for MODES III web and application products, ensuring accessibility, usability, and performance standards are met.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed component specifications for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Iterate designs based on usability testing results, analytics insights, and user feedback to enhance user experience continuously.
  • Conduct and support usability testing, capturing user insights, synthesizing findings, and implementing actionable design improvements.
  • Ensure technical accessibility compliance by collaborating with developers to adhere to Section 508 and WCAG standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive UX artifacts including journey maps, personas, task flows, design pattern libraries, and component documentation to promote consistency and reuse.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, analytics teams, and stakeholders to translate user research and performance metrics into prioritized design backlog items and measurable UX KPIs.
  • Support rapid iteration cycles in Agile sprints, delivering design assets on time, participating in PI planning, and engaging in demos and retrospectives.
