Role Summary: Manage the successful production of content and oversee the pre-production, production and post-production for all content types, ensuring the assets are delivered on time and on budget, whilst supporting the brands Core Purpose.

This role is a remote based role within the UK and clothing experience is required. We offer a competitive salary, with bonuses and benefits. You have the autonomy to develop and expand within the role.

As our Creative Producer, you'll lead the end to end delivery of all content shoots - from concept to execution, ensuring assets are produced on time, on budget and to brand standards. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you’ll develop creative concepts, manage production logistics and source the right talent and locations to bring our campaigns to life. You'll be responsible for maintaining our high visual standards across ecommerce, social and paid platforms, while keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll own the content calendar, manage freelancers and ensure all shoots align with TA’s premium, performance led brand.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the end to end planning, execution and delivery of all content shoots - including ecom, lifestyle, campaign and social - ensuring assets are produced on time, on budget and to the highest creative standards.
  • Own the monthly content calendar, aligning with key brand and product milestones across ecom, paid and organic channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define creative direction, develop shoot concepts and translate marketing needs into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Source and manage external talent, including models, photographers and videographers, ensuring all contributors align with the brand’s aesthetic and performance standards.
  • Book and negotiate shoot locations, manage shoot day logistics and ensure smooth delivery of all assets from concept to final upload.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure content is commercially accurate, on brand and aligned to key delivery timelines.
  • Own the organisation and storage of all assets, ensuring they are easy to access and correctly filed within internal systems, including Shopify.
  • Act as the brand’s visual guardian - staying ahead of content trends and ensuring our output consistently reflects TA’s premium, performance led identity.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently, adapt quickly under pressure and take full accountability for delivering content that moves the brand forward.

Who you are

You might be a freelance producer ready for a more permanent role, or someone excited to take full ownership in a fast paced, high growth brand environment.

  • 3+ years experience in content production, with a strong track record of managing and delivering shoots end to end.
  • Direct experience in fashion, retail or Ecom - ideally within menswear or a performance led brand.
  • Comfortable leading creative teams on set (models, photographers, videographers), with a hands on, solutions first approach.
  • Confident sourcing models, locations and freelancers independently, often to tight budgets and timelines.
  • Strong visual judgment and understanding of the brand - able to produce content that feels both premium and performance focused.
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple shoots and moving parts.
  • A natural problem solver who can think on their feet and adapt quickly to last minute changes.
  • Collaborative and proactive - someone who communicates clearly and keeps stakeholders aligned.
  • Comfortable working remotely, managing your own schedule and storing/organising physical products/samples as needed.
  • Curious, driven and hungry to grow in a high performance environment that values accountability and creative ownership.
