Solution & Implementation Manager

We’re looking for a Solution & Implementation Manager to sit at the intersection of pre-sales solution design, enterprise onboarding, and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS implementations, solutions consulting, or technical account management, who enjoys working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver successful outcomes for enterprise customers.

You’ll take ownership of complex customer implementations — from solution design and handover through to go-live and early lifecycle success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a B2B SaaS platform for mid-market and enterprise customers
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales to support solution design, scoping, and technical validation
• Own customer onboarding plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Act as the primary point of coordination across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation and configuration plans
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and integrations
• Ensure smooth handover from implementation to BAU support or account management
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, tooling, and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management
• Experience delivering complex or enterprise-level implementations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior customer contacts
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in compliance, asset management, or regulated environments is a plus
• Project Management experience or qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) is highly desirable
