🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and execution in a remote-first environment. This role is ideal for professionals who can balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to deliver impactful products.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Gather and prioritize customer needs, market insights, and data-driven requirements.
  • Define and track product KPIs, success metrics, and outcomes.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product best practices.
  • Communicate product progress and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.

✅ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering successful products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and product discovery techniques.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics tools.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
