Are you a talented and experienced 3D Creative Designer with a passion for events, culture and staying on top of lifestyle trends and delivering exciting 3D designs and environments that reflect those interests? 

Role Overview 

Evolve Creative Agency are looking for a talented 3D Creative Designer to create evocative and engaging 3D environments that meet the needs of our client’s briefs. This role blends conceptual thinking, storytelling, proposal development, spatial design, and brand expression to create impactful hospitality, retail, exhibition, and third space environments. 

Key responsibilities 

1. Concept Development 

• Translate client briefs into immersive spatial concepts. 
• Develop strong creative narratives that connect brand strategy to physical environments. 
• Generate mood boards, visual directions, and experiential storytelling frameworks. 

2. 3D Design & Visualization 

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthrough visuals. 
• Design environments including: 

o   Brand activations 

o   Exhibitions and trade show booths 

o   Pop-up retail experiences 

o   Installations 

o   Corporate environments 

o   Event environments 

• Develop layouts, spatial flows, and visitor journeys. 
• Ensure scale, proportion, and circulation are thoughtfully considered. 

3. Spatial Storytelling 

• Design experiences that guide audiences through intentional moments. 
• Integrate digital, physical, lighting, sound, and interactive elements. 
• Consider user journey, dwell time, and engagement touchpoints. 
• Build immersive atmospheres that evoke emotion. 

4. Team Collaboration 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops. 
• Support technical teams with clear design intent and feasibility discussions. 
• Attend Team away days 

5. Presentation & Client Engagement 

• Prepare polished presentation decks with clear narrative flow. 
• Present concepts internally and to clients. 
• Articulate spatial decisions, materials, and experiential strategy. 
• Respond to feedback and iterate quickly.

Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills) 

• Experience across a range of 3D visualization software (Sketchup, Rhino, C4D 3DS Max, Fusion etc.) 
• Rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Redshift, Lumion, Octane, Enscape) 
• Ideally can create 3D Video content such as flythroughs and walkthroughs 
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop. 
• Proven expert in conceptual design 
• Strong planner, organiser & communicator 
• Knowledge of materials and finishes  
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation
