Tilco is a specialized manufacturer of heavy-duty agricultural tillage equipment. With over two decades of success in Australia, we are now executing a major expansion into the United States market.

We are building a dedicated remote engineering team to lead this growth. We are looking for driven professionals who want to see their designs built, tested, and put to work in the field, not just stored on a server.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of robust, high-performance tillage equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate: Conceptualize and design heavy agricultural machinery that meets the specific needs of both Australian and US farmers.
• Execute: Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings (SolidWorks/Inventor) ready for production.
• Validate: Conduct engineering analysis (FEA) to ensure structural integrity and durability under harsh field conditions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure designs are cost-effective, scalable, and practical to build.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have a proven track record in mechanical design, specifically within heavy machinery, agriculture, or mining.
• Technical: You are highly proficient in 3D CAD software and understand the fundamentals of steel fabrication and hydraulics.
• Self-Driven: You excel in a remote environment, managing your own workflow and communicating effectively with a distributed team.
