Currently in its early stages, TugOnn is being shaped by students across Europe who are contributing their ideas, creativity, and skills to build a global network of engaged, socially-minded students.

Role Description

We are looking for Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Creation, and Graphic Design Volunteers to join the Student Global Project.

In this remote role, you will be part of our international creative team — helping us grow our digital presence, connect with students worldwide, and design engaging visual content for our community.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing strategies to engage students locally and internationally.

Managing and strengthening student connections and community visibility.

Identifying and connecting with students and volunteers who can contribute to the project.

Contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance student engagement and create a lasting community impact.

This role is perfect for proactive, outgoing students who enjoy networking, strategy, and making meaningful connections.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Basic knowledge of content creation or video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate remotely.
• Passion for global student engagement and creative communication.

Bonus: Experience in content creation, online events, or student outreach.
