3D Animation Artist – Contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative team working on an original animated film inspired by the visual style and storytelling of Pixar’s "The Incredibles." The project aims to deliver a fresh narrative with high production values, and team members will collaborate remotely to bring the vision to life. Open roles include 3D Modeler, Rigger, 3D Animator, Texture Artist, and Sound Composer. Each position will contribute to shaping the film’s characters, environments, and overall atmosphere, making this an ideal project for artists seeking to expand their portfolio and work alongside passionate peers.

Responsibilities

- Design and model detailed 3D characters, environments, and props in line with the film’s creative direction

- Develop and implement character rigs for smooth, expressive animation

- Animate characters and scenes, ensuring performances are dynamic and engaging

- Create and apply both realistic and stylized textures to enhance visual quality

- Compose and design original music and soundscapes to support the film’s emotional tone

- Collaborate closely with other artists and team members throughout the production pipeline

- Participate in regular remote meetings and provide feedback to maintain creative consistency

Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience in at least one of the following: 3D modeling, rigging, animation, texturing, or sound composition for animation

- Proficiency with industry-s3D Animator-b8zc70-Singapore3D Animator-b8zc70-Singaporetandard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Adobe Creative Suite, or DAWs for composers)

- Strong understanding of animation principles and cinematic storytelling

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback

- Enthusiasm for collaborative projects and a passion for animated storytelling

- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant work

- Availability for part-time, contract-based collaboration
