Architectural Illustrator

An architectural illustrator is required to produce conceptual sketches for a new golf club social hub. The project includes up to five distinct illustrations: an outdoor seating area, an indoor-outdoor dining and social space, one or two perspectives of a proposed golf cabin, and a scene depicting the hub at sunset. These visuals will play a vital role in communicating the development vision and atmosphere of the space, offering an engaging and professional representation of the project’s design direction.

Responsibilities

• Create up to five conceptual sketches capturing key areas of the golf club social hub.
• Illustrate an outdoor seating area designed for comfort and community interaction.
• Develop a detailed sketch of an indoor-outdoor dining and social space.
• Produce one or two sketches of a proposed golf cabin, showing scale and integration into the surrounding environment.
• Render a sunset view to highlight ambience and atmosphere.
• Present polished visuals that communicate architectural intent and aesthetic qualities.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure sketches align with the overall design vision.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural illustration, particularly conceptual sketches.
• Strong ability to capture atmosphere, perspective, and detail in hand-drawn or digital media.
• Familiarity with recreational, hospitality, or leisure facility design is advantageous.
• Proficiency with tools for sketching and rendering (digital or traditional).
• Excellent communication skills to interpret creative direction and provide refined deliverables.
• Capacity to deliver high-quality illustrations remotely within agreed timelines.
