Brand Designer - Remote

This opportunity is for a skilled brand designer to create a premium visual identity for a Vietnamese translation and transcreation consultancy serving high-stakes sectors such as casinos, iGaming, resorts, and government agencies. The objective is to move beyond generic translation visuals and establish a brand that communicates trust, authority, and sophistication, while tastefully incorporating Vietnamese cultural elements. The brand must appeal to both luxury gaming clients and professional government or healthcare entities, balancing cultural authenticity with refined restraint. Deliverables

• Design an illustrative logo (combination mark) featuring a pictorial element and a highly readable wordmark.
• Develop a refined color palette that conveys luxury, trust, and expertise, with consideration for deep blue, soft white, deep black, and gold accents.
• Select and justify typography that is elegant, potentially lightly cursive, but always highly legible and professional.
• Provide all source files for the logo and brand assets.
• Present 2-3 relevant portfolio samples, ideally for luxury or premium brands.
• Include a brief rationale for the chosen typography and approach to achieving an "elegant but readable" style.
• Supply a timeline estimate for project completion.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in brand identity design, preferably for premium or luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrative logos and sophisticated visual identities.
• Ability to incorporate Vietnamese cultural cues in a tasteful, non-cliché manner.
• Proficiency in creating clean, authoritative, and minimalistic designs suitable for both high-end and professional sectors.
• Expertise in color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale.
