Freelance 3D Designer– Remote Contract

Join a dynamic project focused on developing next-generation, interactive real estate visualization platforms for large-scale developments. This role centers on building and managing expansive, walkable environments—such as cities and gated communities—using Unreal Engine 5. You will be responsible for implementing real-time systems and interactive features, including enterable houses, material customization, object visibility toggling, unit interaction, and in-world UI integration. The position requires close collaboration with a remote team to deliver a highly interactive platform by June 2026, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization and seamless integration of externally created 3D assets. Deliverables

• Develop and maintain large-scale, walkable environments in Unreal Engine 5 for real estate visualization.
• Implement interactive features such as enterable units, material customization, and object visibility toggling.
• Integrate in-world UI elements and ensure smooth user interaction within the platform.
• Optimize performance for real-time rendering and interactivity.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate externally created 3D assets.
• Support data integration and, if possible, VR development features.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5, especially in architectural visualization (ArchViz) projects.
• Strong proficiency in Blueprints and real-time interactive systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize large, explorable environments.
• Experience integrating 3D assets and working with data-driven systems.
• Familiarity with VR development and in-world UI integration is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Availability for a full-time contract through June 2026.
