Full Stack Engineer – Digital Health Startup

Join a fast-growing US-based digital health startup focused on building a leading women's health platform. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about leveraging technology, AI, and personalized care to create impactful consumer and B2B solutions. You will collaborate closely with the founder and UI/UX designer to rapidly develop and refine an MVP, transforming it into a scalable, production-ready product. The position requires hands-on involvement in both fullstack web and iOS app development, API design and integration, and the implementation of AI-driven features such as chatbots using LLM flows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven product with global ambitions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both web and iOS applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms
• Design, build, and integrate APIs to support platform functionality and third-party services
• Implement AI and chatbot features using large language model (LLM) flows
• Collaborate with the founder and UI/UX designer to deliver on a clear product vision and iterate rapidly based on feedback
• Prepare the product for scaling, focusing on performance, security, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for both MVP and production-ready releases
• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to digital health, AI, and app development

Skills And Requirements

• Proficiency in fullstack web development (e.g., React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks)
• Experience with iOS app development (Swift, SwiftUI, or Objective-C)
• Strong background in API design, integration, and management
• Familiarity with AI/chatbot systems, especially LLM-based flows, is highly desirable
• Experience working in digital health, consumer apps, B2B SaaS, or startup environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate product vision into technical solutions
• Availability to deliver an MVP within a one-month timeline, with potential for ongoing work
